How Do I Place A Custom Order?
To place a custom order please fill out the custom order form- (Click Here). Once you've completed the custom form, a representative will contact you for more details.
Payment & Shipping
All payments are made via online payment & invoicing. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for production time and 3-7 business days for shipping once your order has been approved. (Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing longer production and shipping times. With that said, we will do everything in our power to get you your product in a timely manner.)
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will never need this information, but we know in life things happen and we will do what we can to make it right. Here's the legal mumbo jumbo.
Orders that are canceled prior to printing will be subject to a Cancellation Fee based on the total order value. Cancellations will not be accepted once shirts have been ordered or printed. Cancellation fees are 10% of the order value.
To return an It's All Prints product:
You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at and make a request for an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel if approved of return.
What cannot be returned:
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or purchase a sample product, please email us at .
We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at within 10 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a reprint or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
To return your items:
Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund/store credit.
Write the RMA number written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
